Cookie Policy
This policy explains how this website uses cookies and similar browser storage. It matches the consent notice you see at the bottom of the site. In short: the site only uses essential storage on its own, and the one non-essential feature, our chat widget, stays off until you allow it.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Browsers also offer local storage, which works similarly. Sites use both to remember things between visits, such as a preference or, with a chat tool, where a conversation left off.
Essential cookies and storage
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off in your cookie preferences.
- Your consent record. When you accept, reject, or set preferences, the site stores that choice in a first-party cookie named hwpCookieConsent so it does not ask you again on every visit. It lasts up to one year and stays there until you or your browser removes it.
Non-essential cookies, used only with your consent
Zoho SalesIQ chat ("Perry's Assistant"). The chat bubble that connects you to us is a third-party tool from Zoho. Its script is not even part of the page until you accept cookies or turn it on in preferences. Once active, it may store a visitor identifier on your device so the chat can keep its place in a conversation, and it lets us see basic visit information such as the page where a chat started. Zoho handles that data under its own privacy policy, which you can read at zoho.com/privacy.html.
If you decline, the chat widget never loads and it stores nothing. If you change your mind later, use the Cookie Preferences link in the site footer. Turning the chat off stops the widget from loading on future visits. Anything it has already stored in your browser's site data can be removed at any time through your browser settings.
What we do not do
Looking at this site's own code, which is what this policy covers:
- We run no advertising or retargeting cookies.
- We embed no social media tracking pixels.
- The consultation form sends your details to us, not to any advertiser.
Changing your settings
Click Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page to reopen the consent panel. You can accept, reject, or change individual settings at any time, and the site will honor your new choice immediately.
You can also remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you clear stored site data, block cookies entirely, or use private browsing. Blocking all cookies will not break this site, but it will reset your cookie choice, and the consent notice will appear again.
